We've used Beastbay for a few years now for our plumbing needs and have always had a good experience. This time, however, our experience wasn't good. It was AMAZING! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Jayme and Sidney for anything you need. Sidney came out to troubleshoot a water heater issue and had solutions for us immediately. Jayme installed a new tankless water heater for us and we couldn't be happier. He was very upbeat, friendly, and an expert in his craft. He's confident in his work and great at customer service. We’ve had a great experience with BeastBay Plumbing and especially with Javon and team. After discovering a major leak at our newly built custom home that was losing nearly 100 gallons per hour, BeastBay quickly located the issue, dug it up, and repaired it the same day. Javon even returned on a Sunday morning to ensure everything was fully repaired and our water service could be restored. Months later, we had another leak issue somewhere in our two-acre backyard. Instead of turning it into an expensive search project, Javon remembered an underground shutoff valve on the property, had it uncovered, and solved the problem within hours at a very reasonable cost.
