Our pipes were not allowing the sink, toilet and shower to drain properly. We called Bell Plumbing. After speaking to them we were thrilled an apt could be found that same day. Our technician who has been here before. Christian Oliver was able to come here again. Christian has been to our home a few times. We very much appreciate him. Christian knew exactly how to tackle our plumbing situation. And was able to make our plumbing work again. We will need him to return to give our pipes a more permanent solution that Christian quickly accessed and recommended on the spot. We trust Christian and Bell Plumbing to make our problem right. I agree with all the positive reviews! I had a small water main leak coming into the house. I contacted Bell Plumbing on Friday mid-morning and Glenn came out in the afternoon to inspect and quote the repair job. I was kept updated by the receptionists on when Glenn was arriving. I even got an email with a link to track Glenn enroute to my house. Repair was scheduled for the next day Saturday and same notification process: telephone call to confirm, text and emails on Glenn's arrival time. Glenn installed a new PVC adaptor, a new shut off valve, and a new hose bib. After installation, he opened the water main and inspected for leaks. Total time for this job was about 2 hours. Work area was left clean. Glenn also crawled underneath the house to inspect for leaks. I was very pleased with Glenn's work and will keep Bell Plumbing in mind for future plumbing work. I was able to use the $50 off coupon from their website.
Called Bell Plumbing for a main line clog in my house, they sent a technician (Danny) within 60 min. Danny and his son were very pleasant to work with and they took their time to properly diagnose the problem. The job was done within an hour and the price was reasonable for this area.
I had Bell Plumbing come out to help with the instant Hot dispenser and change a faucet in a bathroom. They sent out a Plumber by the name of Christian Oliver. He was very knowledgeable, polite and did a fantastic job. The Plumbing he was dealing with was What is very old and difficult to remove, but he managed to make it look easy. Well worth having him here.
We had an excellent experience with Bell Plumbing. The problem we were having with hot water (lack of) was determined quickly during the evaluation visit. Both Nick Gomez and his manager really took time during that visit to look over everything thoroughly. Nick (with another technician Miguel) came for the follow up visit and fixed our water heater, changed the needed angle stops, and fixed the problem under our kitchen sink as well. Everything was done with care and competence, and also explained to me so I understood the steps. It was actually a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Nick Gomez and Bell Plumbing.
