Happy garage door repairs replaced the garage door, opener and tracks last week and everything was perfect. The door opened and closed smoothly! Then a drywall company came and put in the drywall in the garage, walls and ceiling. However, after they left, the garage door would not close, because the sensor light did not turn green. I called Saeed from Happy Garage Door Repair, and he had a technician stop by within an hour of calling. The assessment was that the wiring of the sensor somehow was broken. Also, after fixing the sensor problem, he noticed that the door was not moving too smoothly. The door/tracks were out of balance. Apparently, the drywall guys removed the tracks and opener in order to install the drywall on the ceiling. They then put the tracks and opener back on the just installed drywall, but the door was no longer balanced on the tracks! He fixed everything and now the garage door is working like a charm once more. Very satisfied with the quick response and excellent customer service! Saeed did an excellent job replacing my garage door rollers, adjusting the door, and balancing everything. The door is now much quieter and runs smoothly. Fast, professional service from Happy Garage Door. Highly recommend!
Our aging garage door broke both its cables attached to the spring and they had to be replaced. Saeed was great to work with. Gave a quick, straightforward, very reasonable quote. Arrived early to our agreed upon time. Finished the work quickly. Charged us what it actually cost, not just what he had quoted (it was less than the quote!). Made some further recommendations, but wasn't pushy at all. And was just generally nice and patient with us throughout the whole process! Will absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a garage door installed, repaired, or replaced. I wish every interaction with a home maintenance person was this pleasant.
Messaged late in the evening ~10pm (on Christmas Eve eve!) and had a very quick response within ten minutes with the quote I needed. Many other companies reached out saying they needed this or that (like they needed my number before giving me the quote—what??) but Saeed gave me the quote I needed and wasn’t trying to be a salesman with me which I really appreciated. He showed up the next day (Christmas Eve! Without up charge too) promptly and had good communication prior to arriving. The work was done quickly (garage springs were changed) and he didn’t try to sell me anything else. Price was on point if not lower than other estimates I received. From our short chat it’s clear that Saeed’s passionate about representing himself and his company well and puts the customer first. Am happy I went with him and will be recommending him and using him in the future.
Great service! Had an emergency with the garage door and Saied was able to service my family the day after I called him. Fair pricing and I enjoyed our honest conversation about what it would like should we upgrade our garage door and motor would look like should we go that route.
