I had plumbing issues in the bathroom and Wayne from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing San Jose arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He also found a huge problem with my water heater and alerted me when he was shutting off main water to do the service. Many thanks!!! His professionalism and communication were top notch and I felt confident he was reliable. The plumber was efficient, finished the repair ahead of schedule, and left the work area clean. I will definitely call them again for any residential plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone searching for a plumber near me.
