I was lucky enough to find Cameron about 15 years ago when I needed some plumbing work done. He has never let me down over the years whether the job was big or small. Very knowledgeable about any type of plumbing you can imagine, very honest, very trustworthy. He will only use quality parts and do quality work. Also, an interesting person to have a conversation with about almost anything. I have say that after over 40 plus years in the construction industry specifically in underground piping construction project managing. Cameron at Better plumbing is one of the most professional and reliable plumbing contractors I had the opportunity to worked with on a project. He did a outstanding job of a total replacement of plumbing both Water and sewer lines under house to all fixtures inside our family's home. His Commucation and quality of workmanship from the beginning to the very end were always top notch. Our family was very pleased in so many ways. But the 2main reason I would recommend Better Plumbing is 1. Cameron does what says he will do and 2. I had a shower valve problem - couldn't replace the old, stuck valve cartridge. It was looking like the whole valve housing had to be cut out and replaced. Another plumber was scheduled to do the job, but Cameron offered to try to get the old stuck cylinder out that the other plumber couldn't, with no charge if he failed. It was a battle but Cameron was successful, and fixed the problem the least expensive way. I highly recommend Better Plumbing for true expertise - knowing the deep tricks of the trade that only come from many years of experience. His price was most reasonable - low for the time and effort he put into it to complete the job with great attention to detail - doing it right.
Cameron and company are top notch. They excel at what they do and are extremely knowledgeable. We had a tricky plumbing issue. Not only did Cameron fix it, he was the only plumber who did not ask me to re pipe the whole front yard. Cannot recommend him and Better Plumbing enough! Seriously, next time you need a plumber call him!
