This is the 2nd time I've used BG Plumbing, and again, they saved the day for me! Baldo sent Kevin out on his day off to help me out of a bind with my water heater. They were very accommodating of my schedule and worked around my needs. I am very grateful for their flexibility and expertise in fixing my water heater! I highly recommend them!
Vincent was very professional and efficient. Would recommend his service if anyone plumbing has any issues. I had a last min piping issue he cam at 9pm to help me get the job done. Really appreciate the service. Need more professionals like him. Thank you Vincent :)
This company does not deserve even one star. I hired this plumbing company to fix my bathrooms. They came and spent 10 minutes and over charged me for a job that was not complete. After a day or two the problem was not fixed, as a result I called and asked them to please come by and fix the existing problem. The water was running all night and my water bill was going to be impacted by running water in the bathroom. Mario came by and he said he will look for a part and after that they did not come back to fix the problem after almost a month. I will follow up with BBB and the Contractors Licensed Board. The worse experience ever.
Luis and team did an amazing job and got us out of an emergency where we had sewer back up. They came in on a short notice, identified the problem, found where the block was and worked through till ~9 pm to make sure that our washrooms start working, even though it started raining suddenly and kept raining while they were working. They were literally drenched till the end. Talk about work ethic!! Right from the start, the experience was amazing and professional. Luis patiently took multiple of my calls. He even did facetime and explained what a clean out looks like and helped me find if we have one already. From start to finish we could see that the team cares about the job, and is darn good at it. Thanks a lot guys!
Baldo, Keven and Brian give great customer service. Their work is efficient and clean. They are prompt and communicate clearly what needs to be done. I have used them for years and will continue to use them.
