We had a great experience working with Glenn at Big Island Plumbing. He was prompt, courteous, clean and respectful. He did a thorough inspection of our systems and gave us honest feedback. He's very knowledgeable, yet he is so down to earth that it felt less like a service call and more like having a friend or cousin over who happened to be working on plumbing. Thanks, Glenn! Highly recommend!
Tainan at Big Island Plumbing did a great job for us. We had several different plumbing projects that needed attention, and over the course of the work he serviced our tank water heater, installed a filter and drain line for our tankless water heater, replaced our pressure reducing valve, and repaired a leak out in the yard. He was extremely courteous about working around our schedule and minimizing interruptions to our water use. He even worked around our kooky dog without missing a beat. Tainan was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with, and did a great job explaining everything along the way. We’ve been very happy with all of the work he’s done for us and I’d definitely recommend Tainan and Big Island Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
I've had the pleasure of working with Big Island Plumbing several times. This time, it was to flush my water heater of sediment and change the anode rod. And this time, like all the others, Tainan provided outstanding service, by being on time, efficient, thorough, and explaining the job to me completely. I love working with Tainan and Big Island Plumbing!
Tai is a pleasure to work with. He showed up and fixed our faucet within 10 minutes. We were considering buying a new one, debating about it for weeks before we actually called Big island Plumbing. We are so happy we made the call. Thank you, Tai.
Big Island Plumbing was recommended to me by a house renovation/repair expert. I was able to book an appointment with Tai with no delays. Tai is easy to work with because he explains everything, checks the system for possible future plumbing fixes and works efficiently to get the job done well.i will definitely call Big Island Plumbing/Tai when it’s time for the next repair or upgrade. I recommend Big Island Plumbing.
