From the first time that Roland gave us an estimate, I knew this was the plumber and company that I wanted to work with. Roland was professional, honest, and did a thorough job at determining the issue. He took videos and pictures and explained exactly what his team was going to do to fix our leak under the crawl space. His estimate was fair and he only quoted us a price to resolve the issue.
We are very happy with the job that Rolando and his crew did. We were able to schedule an appointment with him quickly, he gave us a free estimate, and replaced our faucet in a timely manner. Highly recommend him!
Rolando was such an amazing worker. He is so nice and so understanding and knowledgeable. He explained everything into detail with a smile on his face even though he had just came out of the crawl space with dirty hands and hair and always answered all my questions and concerns. He assured me that the work will get done properly. During the repair, one of the pipes broke and he did not charge me extra for the replacement. When I told him that I did not have the budget to upgrade certain things he helped me stay within my budget. I would highly recommend Rolando and his team for furure plumbing repairs. Thanks again guys!
Rolando fixed the shower drain pipe for me. He was very professional, patiently explained what the problem was. He always has a big smile, just like the company name😁. He finished the job in the time frame and did a wonderful job 👍.
Rolando was excellent. He fixed two clogged toilets and replaced some parts for us. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He even cleaned up the mess in the area. Highly recommend.
