Had my hot water heater replaced today by Gabriel and couldn't be happier with the experience. When I called this morning, he made room in his schedule and was out within a few hours — that kind of responsiveness is rare and really appreciated. The work was done professionally and cleanly, the pricing was fair and transparent, and on top of all that Gabriel was just genuinely friendly and easy to deal with. No upselling, no surprises — just a good person doing quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend and will absolutely call Gabriel again for any future plumbing needs!
Big Bear plumbing to the rescue!!! I had an emergency situation that required immediate attention. Today’s a Sunday so the other businesses I contacted were unavailable BUT, Big Bear was ON IT!! They were able to come out right away and provided thorough and expedient service as well as options for future potential problems and a warranty on their work! I was highly impressed as I haven’t been provided a warranty ever by any other companies. Also, very friendly, knowledgeable and great work ethic. 5 stars! Huzzah!
Gabriel and his colleague were super quick to respond to my need to fix a run spout, he explained everything well and with patience, got the job in no time, and all at a fair price. And they're really nice people on top of that. We will be calling them again for plumbing help in the future!
Second time I've used Gabriel his years of experience truly show. I found myself in a pinch with a tricky water line that was the main feed to the house it did not have much room for error, any mistakes made would have been a lot more digging which meant a lot more man-hours. Gabriel and his team worked efficiently and got the job done. I had a wonderful experience with Big Bear Plumbing. Their service was professional, punctual, and highly experienced. My toilet and bathtub were badly clogged, and I found their company on Google. Although they were very busy, once they learned that my situation was urgent, they kindly agreed to come to my home in the evening to take care of the problem. What impressed me even more was that they offered a price lower than the market rate. I had also contacted several other plumbing companies, but all of them said they wouldn’t be able to come until the next day for inspection and repair. I’m truly happy and very grateful that Big Bear was willing to work late and fix my clogged drains so quickly. Thank you so much!
