Excellent service from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue with the toilet wax ring and flange bolts in a way that was easy to understand and completed the repair quickly and professionally. Incredible service from the team! I spoke with Mo about my shower issue (water started running without me turning it on) and he came the same day to fix it! I’m glad because another plumber quoted me higher and would’ve came the next day. So I was able to stop the running water in 2 hours.
