We had a fantastic experience with Bowen Plumbing and highly recommend their service! They responded quickly when we discovered an irrigation leak and were out to fix the issue sooner than expected. Communication throughout the entire process was clear and professional—they took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. In addition to repairing the leak, they installed a Moen Flo system and an earthquake shut-off valve with great attention to detail. Everything was done carefully and thoroughly, which gave us real peace of mind. And James took the time to walk us through using the system after installation. Most importantly, both James and Tony were friendly, easy to work with, and priced the job very fairly. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines quality work, strong communication, and great service—but they absolutely delivered. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

We’ve used James Bowen at Bowen Plumbing multiple times now and every experience has been great! He first came out to fix mistakes left behind by another plumber and did an amazing job getting everything sorted out correctly. Since then, he’s installed a new water heater for us after ours unexpectedly failed, unclogged our kitchen sink, and cleared two bathroom sinks. James is super responsive, honest, and clearly knows his stuff. The guys on his team have all also been really friendly and knowledgeable too, which makes the whole experience that much easier!
I can’t say enough great things about Bowen Plumbing. James and his team have been incredible to work with on multiple properties. They first helped with a sewer lateral inspection on one of my listings in Forestville. Quick response, professional service, and a same-day report for my client, which was hugely appreciated. On another listing, what started as a simple toilet installation turned into much more. James responded quickly, assessed everything thoroughly, and had the work completed within days. When we were in contract and under a tight timeline, he and his team truly came to the rescue, installing a new tankless water heater and providing clean, organized work along with a photo link I could easily share with the buyer’s agent. They also helped troubleshoot a furnace issue, clearly outlining two options for my client with honest, straightforward guidance. My client chose to move forward with a new furnace, and James had it installed right away so we could stay on track to close. Communication was excellent throughout. James was always available for questions, quick to respond, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He even went out the very next day to relight a pilot light on different appliances for a client and went above and beyond to help. Honest, reliable, and incredibly responsive!
