Boxers Plumbing did a fantastic job at my house, I had all the drain pipes and sewage pipes replaced and they did it all in 1 day and for a great price too. All the workers were very nice and left my clean. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great job for a great price.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Raphael from Boxer Plumber, and I can't recommend him enough! He has received excellent training from UA Local 393 Union, which really shows in his work. I was a bit nervous about installing a new faucet in my condo, especially since it meant shutting off the water for the entire building. But Raphael arrived 20 minutes early to assess everything, which immediately put me at ease. Since the moment I contacted him, Raphael was very responsive, reliable, and throughout the repair, he was professional, confident, communicative, and friendly. They answered promptly and got right back to us with reasonable estimate, plus came out immediately even though called in afternoon. The job proved to be a bit of a challenge due to fixture being fifty years old and rusted solid. Raphial worked calmly through it and stuck with original estimate. Work was very satisfactorily done and he was a very pleasant person to deal with. Highly recommend!
This is master bath from 15 year old toilet to a modern bidet . He came the day I called. the call agent she was awesome and kind . Raphael gave me advice on the other bathroom that had been neglected by bad installer he showed me picture of water damage from the other bathroom. He was a great assistant to get me the evidence of the water damage . I like that Raphael showed confidence and skills got the job done. Called in because we had a very bad clogged sink. Rafael was very professional in contacting me prior to arrival. When he came in the house, he had shoe booties on and immediately went to solve the issue. He cleared the water with his vacuum and undid some pipes. Found the source and cleared the drain. So thankful for Rafael and Boxer’s plumbing for fitting me in their schedule. Thank you 🙏🏻 I will highly recommend Boxer’s to all my friends.
