I needed some parts for a specific job this morning, and Brian Norman was the absolute man. His customer service was exceptional, he got everything for my order and was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Brian got my order together in record time when usually there is a long wait. Exceptional customer service from team members like Brian Norman is why I frequent Cal steam over other supply houses. Keep up the great work and give that man a promotion!

Ray was very professional and took care of the specific tankless water heater we needed for our client. We had our order ready for pick up the next day. He took care of loading the water heater in my truck and ready to go in about 15 minutes. Excellent service. Bravo Cal-Steam!
