The only word that describes Cal-West Plumbing is professional. Dan, Christian, and Jason made sure I had a great experience replacing my sewer line. Definitely recommend.
RUN AWAY! Reported them to the Licensing Board and BBB for violations! Unreliable, dishonest, and zero customer service skills. They've signed a big contract with me to do plumbing. When they were doing work, they would always delay it and make me chase them. They like to be babysat and never come back to finish remaining work on their own accord. They do sloppy work and blame everyone, but themselves - building inspector, me, the building code. When they make a mistake and you call them out on it, their standard answer is "we are always right and we've been doing it for X years". Once I hire people, I prefer to stick with them and I did, despite suffering through months of delays. Lately, they've started completely ignoring my calls, emails, and text messages - all that while being under contract. I've decided enough is enough and I filed a Licensing Board complaint against them. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
Replaced 30 feet of pipe underneath my house job done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Joe (lead) and Arturo were genuinely nice to work with.
