Eddie was polite, helpful, and professional in replacing our water heater. He did thorough investigation about our old leaking water heater and provided replacement options of new ones. He answered my questions with patience and provided enough details to for us to make a decision. His work was neat and solid. After the installation, he explained the usage of the new heater, again with patience and details. Overall, excellent service and reasonable price. Will recommend the company and the staff to everyone.
Had a great experience with Castleworks and Jacob. From start to finish, he was thorough and informative with the options I had to fix or replace my water heater. At no point did I feel upsold or rushed and was given thorough reasoning for pros and cons of both. He finished his job in the time he said he would and showed me the work he completed as well as the old parts he removed. I feel the work was done correctly and with integrity. Jacob is a great asset for the team and was the epitome of kind hearted professionalism. Will definitely keep Castleworks in my address book moving forward!
Kudos to the entire CastleWorks team that worked together in getting our tankless water installed. Everyone we came in contact with or spoke on the phone was excellent. Amanda, in the office who contacted us each time by phone to let us know when the service technicians would be coming out, and who also emailed to me any paperwork that i asked for. She was very nice and helpful. The two service technicians, Chris Dohrer, who took out our old water tank and guided us in purchasing our new one, and Nam Park, who installed our new tankless water heater, were both excellent, professional, and hardworking. They answered our questions, worked efficiently and neatly. We also met Scott who came by to check on things, answered all of our questions, and making sure everything was going smoothly. Good team work! And also thank you to Mike who listened to a concern/question that my husband had and followed through on it, making it right! Our tankless water heater is working well and we thank you to all who were involved with making this process go smoothly and well. Good customer service and good teamwork deserves to be recognized!
Christian Nevin did a great job replacing and installing our water heater. He also explain and gave us options about plans and payments we can avail. He finished and deliver the work very professionally.
Outstanding and professional service by Miguel installing a new water heater and pressure pump. He has walked me through all the steps, technically and financially speaking. This was one of those unexpected expenses that homeowners are faced with. Much appreciated customer service and support by this company. Will recommend.
