Octavio is always on time, works fast and efficiently. Great communication as well. He replaced our old water heater and brought it to the building code - added a drain pan, propane sediment trap, discharge pipe, fixed the strapping. New water heater looks and works great.
I had a clog in the line and I called Octavio based on a recommendation and I don't regret my decision. He showed up on time, spent the time to investigate and offer me options to fix my issue. It did result in them coming back to fix the issue, but again, prompt service and clean when they left.
