I hired this company in Sept 2024 to repair a toilet leak in the wall (stains exfiltrated on the wall). About 1.5 years later In April 2026 the exactly same problem happened again. I called them again to conduct the same repair and the technician confirmed there is no other problems with the pipe. So this has to do with either parts quality or workmanship. Other toilets in the same building could have the same the problem but the repair usually last 10 years or more. So 1.5 years is definitely unusual according to the property manager. When I called the owner Scott. He rejected any requests to waive the labor or any discount, instead, he threatened to charge more if I keep talking to him. This time, the leak went into the downstair unit and their bathroom paint is wrinkled - I will have to spend another $2000 for the drywall and repaint for the neighbor downstairs. I will not hire this company again.
I needed a new electric water heater and called CMS based on a reliable recommendation on the Willow Glen e-list. Carlos did an excellent job from start to finish. He had to enlarge the opening in the wall for a bigger pipe which meant drywall repair. No problem, Dominic came out and did an outstanding job of repairing the wall and his attention to detail was exemplary. He cleaned up the surrounding space and the repair is virtually invisible. Completely happy with the whole experience.
Very happy to have found these guys. Fast response, quickly identified problems, fast repair. Snaked kitchen drain and cleared past cleanout plus re-piped under sink. The techs name was Angel and he was excellent, earnest, and knowledgeable. Explained entire process in easy to understand terms and showed me maintenance techniques. Did not try any upselling or fear-based tactics. A different shop came earlier and pushed a much more expensive (3x) service that turned out was not needed. CMS seems very trustworthy. Excellent experience and results.
A few weeks ago, Christopher R. came to out to our home and honestly, we couldn’t be more thrilled about his work.
