Andy at Comet Plumbing is the best plumber I've had work on my house. We had an unusual case of needing to clear a blockage where the only access was from a roof vent. Andy was unsure if he would be able to clear it depending on where the problem originated from. He was clear about expectations upfront, and then went out of his way to check the situation with a camera through the various lines. In the end, he believed he could help and went to work. He cleared the blockage and gave recommendations on how to solve the problem long term. He was extremely professional and methodical, and he's a great guy to boot. I'll definitely be calling him back for any future work. Thank you Andy, I really appreciate it!
Used AI to do some analysis on how much a reasonable sewer repair would cost for a specific style of home, the type of repair, and the relative location of the property. I can’t say enough about Andrew and Comet Plumbing. Tree roots had broken into the sewer line causing a backup. I spoke with four different plumbers and Andrew was the only one who didn’t try to add on to the job with extra services such as digging a trench the entire length of my yard and replacing the full sewer line. The PVC line just needed to be repaired and roots removed from one section. Andrew was very honest and did a beautiful job without uprooting my entire yard. His fee was totally reasonable and he was extremely careful with the plants surrounding the area that needed repair. At the same time he was punctual and got the job done quickly and, thankfully, with zero stress to me. He also left the job site clean and neat. The permit was signed off and the work immediately approved by the city with no problems. I highly recommend Andrew and Comet Plumbing.
Andy replaced our water heater today and did an excellent job. I’ve used Comet plumbing before and will call Comet plumbing again.
The work was done as planned, on budget, and passed inspection no problem. The work needed was clearly explained. Andrew is a great communicator, he always arrived right when he said he would and he was respectful with his team. His was the lower of two quotes I got for the extensive work needed, and he was always happy to pause and explain what was happening.
