We needed a water line installed for our refrigerator along with a repair and removal of a strange and not up to code water line put in by the previous homeowners. Josh came out to look things over and we got a quote we were happy with. We scheduled the work and Josh arrived on time and got right to it. He was appreciative that we moved things so he could easily access the areas he needed to work. Work was done quickly for the agreed upon price and we are enjoying water and ice being dispensed from our fridge. Will definitely be calling Copperfield again to get Josh's help with any future plumbing needs and would definitely recommend Copperfield to anyone needing plumbing work. Thanks very much!
Fidel and his team did an excellent job installing a new tankless Noritz EZ series water heater in my garage. He was professional, experienced, kind, and answered all my questions. I had a Noritz that was installed in 2002 and it was still working, but the venting was improperly done. I thought they were reasonable and interested in providing customers reasonable fees. I highly recommend Fidel and Cooperfield plumbing.
I called to request a technician provide a quote for a new water and received a convenient appointment time. I was later contacted by the company who advised me someone could be there even sooner. I met with Josh who provided me a fair quote. Josh advised me there was time in his schedule for same day service and knowing other quotes I received, this was the most fair. I agreed to the price and had a wonderful experience
We had a clicking sound emulating from the water line going into our 27 year old water heater. It was the day before Christmas eve and we weren't sure if we could get somone to come out to diagnose the sound. We decided to call our go to plumbers at Copperfield Plumbing. Josh came out and diagnosed a bad ball valve. We thought it would be a good idea to replace the water heater as we didn't want to put good money into an old water heater. Josh was able to replace the entire water heater, install new ball valve and add a pan and new strap in under two hours. Josh did a great job and confirmed why we decided to call Copperfield Plumbing in the first place. We are completely satisfied with the work Josh did and would recommend Copperfield Plumbing to anyone looking for a dependable plumber. Thank you Josh!
