Great service and a fair price. Two personable technicians, both named Alex, arrived on time as promised to repair an outdoor water line and faucet that I had inadvertently broken off. Not only did they repair the immediate problem but they also fabricated a new configuration that provided easier access to the faucet itself. All in all, a very professional job and I will not hesitate to utilize Costello’s Plumbing in the future. Thank You!
A few months ago one of our two toilets didn't flush properly. We have had bad experiences with unethical and/or unskilled plumbers, and we were prepared for another frustrating experience. I checked reviews for plumbers online and decided to go with Costello's due to their great reviews. I know that a lot of online reviews are fake, but I thought that if Costello's plumbers are even half as good as the reviews claim it will be OK. The person who took my call was very pleasant and efficient. Alex showed up the next day right on time. After checking out the toilet he said that it wasn't worth repairing. He purchased a new toilet and came right back and installed it the same day. The new toilet worked great until yesterday when it got clogged. Alex came today, plunged it and strongly recommended a replacement for our ancient plunger. From now on we will call Costello's anytime we need a plumber.
We hired Costello's plumbing for two separate jobs at our business and they did a phenomenal job! Miguel and Alex are professional and proficient. They believe in repairing rather than replacing everything. The repairs were cost effective and are holding up very well! Shoutout to Gary who is running a solid operation with exceptional customer service.
Called Costello’s Plumbing Company around 4pm and spoke with Gary, who immediately arranged for someone to come out by 5pm since I needed urgent help with a clogged toilet. The technician, Miguel, was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop the entire time, especially since I wasn’t onsite. He shared photos and called me throughout the process so I always knew what was going on. Had I called another company, I likely would’ve spent more money, but he was honest and fair about what actually needed to be done. I couldn’t get any other company to come out since many were close to closing, but Costello’s still made it happen. On top of that, the pricing was fair. It’s so rare to find customer service like this these days. Really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!
We had a backed-up sewer line which runs 227 feet to the main sewer. After contact a few other plumbing companies no one seemed to want to help up with this problem. I contacted Costello Plumbing and they responded to our need within 1-1/2 hours. They were able to clear the blockage within 45 minutes. They were very professional and accommodating and price was very reasonable. On another occasion we had a broken drainpipe in our Master Bathroom, it was on a Sunday. I sent an e-mail off and the owner responded to me via text within 1 hour. We schedule an appointment for the following Monday afternoon, they showed up early, made the repair and everything was good. Once again, they were very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
