I have been using the services of CPR Plumbing (Mark Salvoni) for many years now. In past service calls, he has replaced my old leaky kitchen sink faucet with a new model, installed a new water heater, and stylishly selected and installed brand new faucets in my late 1950s master bathroom shower. Today, Mark fixed a clogged sink that I could not (enduring three days of hope, aggravation and miscalculation) in attempts to unclog it myself. Mark improvised with a plunger as his son had borrowed his snake, and he got the job done in under a minute! Mark then replaced a fill valve in the toilet tank of the master bathroom, and showed me a nifty trick to clean out the rusty sediment that had accumulated in the tank. Finally, Mark completed the last plumbing task I needed done by discovering that the complete toilet repair kit, which my brother insisted that I buy, was unnecessary. Mark’s investigation revealed that the washer in the existing unit had become dislodged and was crimped. Mark expertly re-affixed the washer, tested the fix, and found that all was working perfectly. He saved me $25 on that unnecessary purchase. Mark is a dream to work with, goes out of his way to assist his customers, and is extremely knowledgeable. He is my go-to plumber and I highly recommend his services! If you need a very reliable and expert plumber who has your back, Mark is your man!
