I initially had a good experience with this plumbing company. They helped unclog my grandmother’s shower several times and were professional at the beginning. Unfortunately, over the last six months the service became very unreliable. The owner, Eric, repeatedly told me he would arrive at a specific time but would not show up. On multiple occasions I contacted him and he assured me he would be at my grandmother’s home, yet he never arrived. What concerned me the most was when two young workers showed up at my grandmother’s house at around 8:00 PM with no notice while it was dark and she was home alone. This was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially considering she is elderly. Reliability and communication are extremely important when you’re trusting someone to come to a family member’s home. Unfortunately, based on our recent experiences, I would not recommend this company if you are looking for dependable service.
I had an appointment scheduled but the guy said he couldn’t make it because of “traffic.” So instead he tells me to do a video call, only to look and quote me $850 to replace the toilet. A total scam and ripoff.
