I initially had a good experience with this plumbing company. They helped unclog my grandmother’s shower several times and were professional at the beginning. Unfortunately, over the last six months the service became very unreliable. The owner, Eric, repeatedly told me he would arrive at a specific time but would not show up. On multiple occasions I contacted him and he assured me he would be at my grandmother’s home, yet he never arrived. What concerned me the most was when two young workers showed up at my grandmother’s house at around 8:00 PM with no notice while it was dark and she was home alone. This was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially considering she is elderly. Reliability and communication are extremely important when you’re trusting someone to come to a family member’s home. Unfortunately, based on our recent experiences, I would not recommend this company if you are looking for dependable service.

I had an appointment scheduled but the guy said he couldn’t make it because of “traffic.” So instead he tells me to do a video call, only to look and quote me $850 to replace the toilet. A total scam and ripoff.
Do your due diligence and do not step into the same trap. I had to terminate my project with this contractor halfway through due to a complete lack of professionalism and deceptive practices.He takes on general contracting work without a license. While he claimed to have insurance, he was completely unable to provide any proof when asked. He initially bid the project as a complete, start-to-finish job, but once the work began, his story changed entirely. He began backpedaling, claiming essential parts of the job were suddenly "not included."On top of that, he over-purchased materials on our receipts from Home Depot and bought items entirely irrelevant to our actual project. Combined with constant no-shows and incredibly poor communication, it became impossible to proceed. Look closely at the other 1-star reviews here—there is a clear, undeniable pattern of bad practices. Avoid at all costs.
Excellent work, professional, punctual, and they charge accurately. I recommend them for everything without a doubt.
