Great service! Had a plugged disposal and on a recommendation, called Dan’s Plumbing to help. When I contacted them, they were very busy, but said that they would do their best to try to get someone over to me as soon as possible. The contact people were not only very friendly, they were also incredibly helpful. They were able to find a technician to come over in a few hours to fix it. A person named Shane came within an hour, and he was great! He was able to get the item out of the mechanism in no time at all, and had it working very quickly. He was very nice, respectful, and did a very good job. Really happy with the experience as a whole, and would very much recommend Dan’s Plumbing!
I would like to recommend Dan’s plumbing. His Work is prompt, honest, well priced and professionally executed. Dan’s, plumbing installed, what I would consider a luxury appliance. Before the install, he talked to me about some of the possible shortcomings of the product. This impressed me as he was clearly more interested in having a satisfied repeat, customer than simply getting paid for a job. He also took great care in some of the elements of the job other plumbers take for granted: the color caulk, the amount of clearance etc. All said and done I was very happy with the quality of work and would happily use them again I would feel very comfortable recommending their work to anybody I knew
I recently hired Dan’s to replace a bathroom faucet. I initially contacted them after reading their many favorable customer feedback reviews. I engaged them after receiving a competitive cost bid. They went an extra mile by finding the replacement faucet we wanted, which has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The replacement work was done timely and professionally. Happy to add to the good reviews they gave received.
I recently used Dan’s Plumbing. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule promptly as it was urgent. Jakob knew how to troubleshoot efficiently and come up with effective solutions right away. I really appreciate that he was great at communicating with me so I could understand what was needed. I highly recommend them for their expertise, integrity, and professionalism. I appreciate the care he took to complete the job. Jakob is truly a wizard!
I had a commercial water heater that was not keeping water at the proper temp. Dan's plumbing had a knowledgeable tech there is less then 24 hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. I received an email with photos and detailed explanation of what needed to be done. The office staff was also knowledgeable of the job...it was like the whole team was completely in sync... This an excellent and well run plumbing company. I would not use any other company.
