My HOA manager recommended Diablo Plumbing based on their past work at my property. Joe Sensi came out and fixed my issue quickly and professionally. He even gave me tips on how to fix the issue myself if it happens again. Very appreciative of Joe’s knowledgeability and friendliness, and the reasonable price for services. These guys are completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of local neighbors. I live on top of a chipotle that they're currently doing work for and they will use jack hammers, power drills, and other heavy construction tools ALL NIGHT. Completely disregarding the apartment building right above them and all of the noise that they are causing. THEY LITERALLY USED A JACKHAMMER AT 2 IN THE MORNING ON A THURSDAY NIGHT.. Not only is that rude and absurd, but it also violates city ordinance regarding construction past a certain time. This company's practices are completely ridiculous. I highly recommend you guys find someone else!!
These guys have terrible communication. They didn’t tell me when they were gonna get there properly. They didn’t tell me they were gonna leave. like they told me they were going to do. One of them was a really really not nice human being. I came outside and there was water that was sewage water everywhere all over my garage damaging my stuff. He didn’t even put a tarp up. I’ve had to mention it 1000 times for them to do that because they don’t go out of their way to do the little things like that. Avoid these guys if you can, they’re nothing but Mediocre
Once again we had Diablo Plumbing out to figure out why our water heater was not working, they were easy to work with on the phone and on time when they said they’d be here. Julie was very professional and sent updates before the tech arrived, Joe the technician went over and beyond with his explaining the issue. Thanks again for making this service call easy…jeff
$250/hr minimum 2 hours. Plumber was here for exactly an hour. Ran a probe to see the sewer situation. There are roots as I suspected. Packed up his stuff and I was $500 poorer and my sewer is still having problems. They get your credit card on file before they will schedule an appointment.
