Extremely disappointed with this company's complete disregard for residents. Their crew was making loud noise directly outside our residential building at 2 AM ，an inexcusable time to be operating. This is not only inconsiderate but potentially a violation of local noise ordinances. I strongly urge management to schedule any disruptive work during reasonable daytime hours. Zero respect for the community.
James was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair. He explained what caused the issue, walked me through the repair process, and made sure I understood what to expect before turning the water back on. He responded quickly, completed the repair efficiently, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel easy. His communication was excellent, and I really appreciated how patient and helpful he was in answering all of my questions. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumber who gets the job done right and treats his customers well, I highly recommend James. These guys are completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of local neighbors. I live on top of a chipotle that they're currently doing work for and they will use jack hammers, power drills, and other heavy construction tools ALL NIGHT. Completely disregarding the apartment building right above them and all of the noise that they are causing. THEY LITERALLY USED A JACKHAMMER AT 2 IN THE MORNING ON A THURSDAY NIGHT.. Not only is that rude and absurd, but it also violates city ordinance regarding construction past a certain time. This company's practices are completely ridiculous. I highly recommend you guys find someone else!!
These guys have terrible communication. They didn’t tell me when they were gonna get there properly. They didn’t tell me they were gonna leave. like they told me they were going to do. One of them was a really really not nice human being. I came outside and there was water that was sewage water everywhere all over my garage damaging my stuff. He didn’t even put a tarp up. I’ve had to mention it 1000 times for them to do that because they don’t go out of their way to do the little things like that. Avoid these guys if you can, they’re nothing but Mediocre
