I recently hired Diamond Plumbing in Concord to repair a clogged main sewer line that was caused by poor workmanship from a previous handyman. From the moment they arrived, Hugo, Hugo Jr., and Angel demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, honesty, and expertise. They worked efficiently, kept me informed every step of the way, and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem, the repair process, and the available options. They also documented everything with photos and video, which gave me complete confidence that the work was being done correctly. What impressed me most was their integrity. Instead of looking for ways to increase the bill, they looked for every opportunity to save me money without compromising the quality of the repair. Their pricing was fair, their communication was exceptional, and the quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such outstanding customer service. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Diamond Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and dependable plumbers. This was one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any contractor, and they have earned my trust and future business. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending Hugo, Hugo Jr., Angel, and the entire Diamond Plumbing team to my friends, family, and neighbors.
This company is amazing! Hugo went above and beyond my expectations and helped me in any situation and every way, and gave me the best results. Hugo is a fantastic plumber. He is very knowledgeable and truly knows his craft. We have worked with Hugo for many years now and he always comes through. He not only cares about his customers, but uses his expertise to help them understand the scope of work and process involved. We have used this family-run wonderful!! company (Hugo. Alphonso, Angel & Hugo, Jr.) for the past 6 years … always on-time; never try to push for expensive solutions: always fix the problem (usually pesky tree roots in the pipes); always enjoyable to interact with. UP-DATED SEPTEMBER 2025: Did a large job for us today ... still deserve 5 Stars!!! Nice people to have in your home.
Diamond Plumbing has been to my house tending to these old AF pipes for 2 years now, each time diagnosing the problem efficiently and taking care of the issue with relevant recommendations and options... Everytime they come in have peace of mind - even with the bigger job they've just come out to assess and bid. I highly recommend these guys as they are on time, super friendly, and worth every penny you spend. They are fairly priced and small business / family owned and you can tell they care about their work. Highly recommend.
