Faren and his team do great work. His crew can address emergency calls after hours, do underground work (new pipes and cleaning), and general plumbing. He has helped me solve issues with strange connections in waste pipes (from unknown neighboring buildings), resolved backed up waste pipes from a clogged house trap, and other issues. His truck is stocked with the necessary items to make repairs on the spot. I highly recommend him and his team.

From the initial outreach, the whole team was professional and very responsive, whether I reached out by phone, email, or through Yelp messaging. Scheduling was always a breeze as they seemed to be able to really work with my schedule, which I appreciated. Jorge handled both the initial consultation and the actual repair, and he was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and he clearly explained what he believed the issue was during the consultation. He also provided a fair and competitive price for the work, which made the decision even easier. The job itself was fairly straightforward, but Jorge still got everything done quickly and efficiently, finishing the repair in less than 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the value overall. I’d definitely consider Discover Plumbing and Rooter again for any future plumbing needs and would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Carlos, the installation technician, came by yesterday morning and did an excellent job installing my new water heater. We re-agreed on the details working within my budget, and he was able to start the installation within the next hour. I had requested a specific brand and model, and he was able to get exactly what I wanted. Carlos was patient, professional, and thorough-he explained everything that needed to be done for the replacement. He also offered to add shut-off valves at no additional cost, which I really appreciated. The work was done with great quality, and the entire experience, from Carlos, to Sharon at Discover Plumbing call center-was smooth and professional. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!
The handle on t my kitchen faucet made a “Pop!” sound and, came off in my hand. I emailed my landlord, and he called Discover Plumbing and Rooter. Soon, I received a call from DPR. They offered me a choice of several appointment times and I made the appointment. On the day of the appointment, DPR sent me a message letting me know that the plumber was on their way. They arrived shortly thereafter. I showed him the faucet, explained the issue, and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Discover Plumbing and Rooter has handled several plumbing issues for me. They’re always polite, professional, and prompt. My landlord paid the bill, so I can’t comment on that. But, as far as everything else goes, I highly recommend them.
