Faren and his team do great work. His crew can address emergency calls after hours, do underground work (new pipes and cleaning), and general plumbing. He has helped me solve issues with strange connections in waste pipes (from unknown neighboring buildings), resolved backed up waste pipes from a clogged house trap, and other issues. His truck is stocked with the necessary items to make repairs on the spot. I highly recommend him and his team.
I had an issue with a leaky toilet and did quite a bit of research before ultimately deciding to go with Discover Plumbing and Rooter, and I’m so glad I did. From the initial outreach, the whole team was professional and very responsive, whether I reached out by phone, email, or through Yelp messaging. Scheduling was always a breeze as they seemed to be able to really work with my schedule, which I appreciated. Jorge handled both the initial consultation and the actual repair, and he was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and he clearly explained what he believed the issue was during the consultation. He also provided a fair and competitive price for the work, which made the decision even easier. The job itself was fairly straightforward, but Jorge still got everything done quickly and efficiently, finishing the repair in less than 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the value overall. I’d definitely consider Discover Plumbing and Rooter again for any future plumbing needs and would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing services!
Discover Plumbing just replaced my leaking sewer line and underground drain pipe last week. I am very happy with their work. I chose Discover among the others because Jorge was very thorough in the inspection and very patience in explaining how the job will be done. The quote was detailed and price was reasonable than other companies. The whole team (Jorge, Carlos, Sergio, Hernán, Carlos and Francisco) did a great job and demonstrated great teamwork together. Thanks Faren, you have a great team! I will definitely refer my friends and family to Discover Plumbing.
Carlos from Discover Plumbing was courteous and efficient. He was able to fix the problems in my bathroom sink the same day he gave me the estimate. I was very pleased with his work and I will be using Discover Plumbing for my future plumbing problems. I highly recommend!
Discover sent technician Luis. He was efficient but not hurried. Clearly knew what was doing. Job done, very satisfied. This is the second job we have had Discover come out for. Great service, very good price compared to others we have tried over the years. I would call again when needed.
