I met Al at Lowes, in the faucet isle, he was dressed in his business attire and I asked if he could help me with repairs. He was very friendly, he recommended a faucet. He gave me his card and thank goodness I called him. He showed up in a professionally marked van full of trade tools and went to work. OMG, his professionalism and technical skills were amazing. Al was willing to come out on a Sunday to see the job and give me a quote. He made some recommendation’s about the type of faucet but overall I went with an old style. Al took lots of time to make my new faucet fit perfectly in the pre existing holes. My faucet is working better than before and the old corroded faucet is gone!
