(5/18/26)I scheduled an appointment with Dandy because my toilet wouldn’t flush and the water was draining slowly in my bathroom sink. He was able to fix my tiolet quickly. He figure out that my drain was the one I needed to clean that caused water to slowly drain. Update (5/25/26): Dandy came back today to install my new pop-up drain. While working, he noticed that the previous plumber had shoved one pipe into another because it was missing an extension piece, which had also damaged the adapter. Although it wasn't actively leaking right then, he highly recommended replacing those parts. I told him I wanted to think about it first. Right after he left, I noticed a leak starting. I called the company back immediately to get it fixed, and they sent him right back out. He replaced the damaged parts quickly and without hesitation. I am so happy with how accommodating they were to resolve the issue so fast. I definitely should have just listened to his advice the first time!
We're really pleased with the work done by Dr. Drain - we had Briccio come by to help us install a Waterdrop water filter, which required drilling through our quartz countertop. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His work was impeccable. We were also really impressed by the timeliness. We gave them a call for a quote and they were able to come by within the hour to take a look (they just happened to be finishing a job in the neighborhood). From contacting them to job completion in the same day. Definitely recommend!
Very professional and thorough folks. I called them for a same day emergency leak under the sink and they arrived within the hour. They diagnosed the issue and had everything ready in the van. After addressing the issue, Dandy also fixed the RO system installation that had led to the issue. I’d highly recommend them for all plumbing and RO water installation needs.

Great experience. They were easy to schedule with on short notice. Very professional communication. I needed a tankless water heater replacement. They recommended a great water heater with recirculating pump, while other plumbers were suggesting below grade options. It’s ultra high efficiency and I’m excited to see a lower gas bill. The hot water comes out from my tap instantly. I used to have to wait up to 1 min. It’s like night and day! Highly recommend working with Dickson and his company!
