Elber & Sergio has very professional Al and efficient team. They have installed new sewer line, clean out and backflow prevention as per city of Saratoga and west valley sanitation department’s code and guideline. They are very reasonable. I had four quotes and chose them. I highly recommend their work and sincerely :)

Elber has helped me with a slow draining laundry pipe a couple of times in the past by snaking it out. But this time, he recommended putting in a proper clean out as the previous owners did not put one in when they moved the laundry location. I was worried that the galvanized pips were going to be corroded due to the hard water that we have and asked if he could remove the galvanized pipes. Elber and Sergio scheduled the work and did exactly as requested. My metal pipes were very clogged up. The clean out was installed very professionally through the side of my house. I thought the price was fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

I have worked with Elber from Drain & Plumbing on a couple occasions and he is excellent at his craft. The first time I worked with him, it was an urgent situation where I needed the the hot and cold valves for our Washing Machine replaced in order to have our new Washer installed. The original valves had a lot of deposit build up, so when we tried to hand close it, it would still leak. When I contacted Elber that morning, he had told me that scope would be too much for him to handle in the morning, because he was already committed to another project. However, he was able to come by later that day and in a few hours, he was able to replace both valves and the Outlet Box. 2 years later, it is still as good as new without any issues. The second time I worked with Elber was for 2 tasks. I needed the PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) replaced as it had severely corroded and the gasket inside was failing. We had been having water pressure issues and it was attributed to the original PRV. The second task was to install a Fleck 5600 Water Softener system that I had purchased online from Aplus Water via Amazon. Elber was able to complete both tasks in about 8 hours including having to buy the PRV as well as some additional copper pipes to ensure that he properly welded and installed the piping. You can see from the pictures how corroded the original PRV was, simply based on the pipe surrounding the new install. He was able to easily and quickly replace the old PRV without incident. The Water Softener took longer to install, but he was meticulously done. He made sure to properly survey the installation space and area in the garage. He reviewed and inspected the parts/connections as well as confirmed the installation process via the manual. I actively worked with him to ensure that everything needed to prepare in advance was good: verified the location and how it would be installed; verified where the closes drain would be that required him to enter the crawl space; verified all necessary parts from the manufacturer were good, before starting. He went off to pick up some additional material to ensure that he would install and setup the resin tank and brine basin in a secure and clean setup. As you can see from the pictures he properly secured and mounted the system, performed the necessary and appropriate plumbing work to ensure all the interconnects were done properly. He then also ensured the drain from the resin tank ran properly under the house to the nearby drain. Throughout the installation process, I occasionally checked in but did not need to hover over him. Overall the project took longer than he anticipated and expected, but he did not charge me extra. He had already scoped the project, previously, and committed to his original quote. Elber at Drain & Plumbing is polite, honest, and easy to communicate with. Most importantly, he is extremely skilled and meticulous with his work. The quality of his workmanship is fantastic and I can't imagine is matched. I do not plan to ever reach out to anybody else but Elber for any of my plumbing needs. Of my near 60 recommendations, at the time of this review, Elber at Drain & Plumbing is easily in the Top 3 of my recommendations.

Drain and Plumbing Solutions did an excellent job replacing my water heater and installing a thermal expansion tank. They were very thorough, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. I'm very happy with the quality of work. I highly recommend them.

I have some leaking under my kitchen sink and I asked Patino to come over to take a look. He arrived on time and figured out the issue and also replaced my old broken garbage disposal. He did a quick and clean job with great quality. He is very honest and experienced and I definitely will hire Drain & Plumbing Solutions whenever I have plumbing issues.
