Axel and Thomas did an outstanding job! They replaced an outdoor pipe in my home quickly and professionally, explained everything clearly, and left the work area clean when they were finished. They were punctual, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I truly appreciate their excellent workmanship and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbers. Thank you, Axel and Thomas!
Axel and thomas came out for a couple different things. Super Patient and professional. They go the extra mile to answer questions and take their time. Not a lot of polite plumbers out there but these guys Obviously were raised really well. polite, and professional !!!! Doing good plumbing is a requirement, but being professional makes it easier to reuse the same company
Axel, Thomas and Luis with Drain and Water were great to work with! Quick to come out and give us a quote; we needed to get all the plumbing under our house replaced - it was LONG over due. We got a couple quotes from other companies and Drain & Water worked best for our budget and timeline. We are very pleased with the work they did, would highly recommend.
I cannot recommend Drain and Water highly enough! We have now used their services twice, and both experiences were absolutely flawless. A huge shoutout to Axel and Thomas, who are truly masters of their craft. It is rare to find a team that delivers such unbelievably great work while consistently staying on time and professional. They are incredibly dedicated to getting the job done right the first time, leaving no stone unturned. Above all, what sets them apart is their extreme honesty. In an industry where it is easy to feel overwhelmed by technical jargon, Axel and Thomas provide clear explanations and fair pricing, making it easy to trust them with our home. If you want high-quality service delivered with integrity, look no further.
Great experience with Drain & Water company. They scheduled my appointment quickly and fixed my air gap issue, getting my dishwasher working again. Jose provided excellent customer service with clear, fast communication. Thomas, the technician, was friendly, professional, wore booties before entering my home, and completed the repair quickly. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
