FIRST CLASS! We encountered a leak with our water heater on a Friday afternoon. We contacted Steve and he was able to fit us in on a Saturday. He assessed the damage and recommended a good water heater (not cheap one from Home Depot). He drove to Concord to get a first rate water heater. Him and Chris stayed past 6pm on Saturday to complete the job. Professional and top notch work.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Steve. He replaced a good amount of old sanitary sewer line underneath our slab on grade. He was careful, courteous, reasonably priced, and highly skilled.

Called Steve to repipe the entire house prior to moving in. We told him we were on a bit of time crunch because we were moving out of our apartment and had nowhere to go.
