Five stars. Called Echo about a sewer lateral issue and Chris came out quickly. He was incredibly thorough — took the time to explain that we had roots growing into the pipe segments, walked me through several different strategies to address it, and gave his honest opinion on trenchless replacement, which ended up being the right fit for us. Their pricing is flat rate and completely transparent, no surprises. You can tell Chris genuinely cares about making sure the customer understands what’s going on and is satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend Echo Plumbing.
Chris is the best plumber I've worked with. I've used several others before, and the experience was never as good--either the work wasn't up to standard or the communication wasn't great. Chris, on the other hand, is young but extremely professional, reliable, and honest. He explains things clearly, shows up on time, and does quality work without cutting corners. It's rare to find someone so trustworthy and detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable plumber
I had a great experience today with Echo plumbing! Juan came out same day that I called and fixed my super difficult faucet lever (plumbing) issue. I am very pleased with the work and pricing and will be working with them again in the future! highly recommend!
Echo is my go-to for all plumbing issues, big or small. Their technicians are always respectful and professional. Chris in particular has been great to us over the last year. He is patient, smart and goes the extra mile to make sure we understand and are satisfied with the work.
Echo was contracted to connect the sewer to our ADU, and they performed beyond expectations. When the sewer district called for another clean out on the main house, the crew installed it with little interruption to the use of our “pipes”. The also filled in all their work, plus the trench incorrectly dug by a previous contractor. Highly recommend this company!
