Five stars. Called Echo about a sewer lateral issue and Chris came out quickly. He was incredibly thorough — took the time to explain that we had roots growing into the pipe segments, walked me through several different strategies to address it, and gave his honest opinion on trenchless replacement, which ended up being the right fit for us. Their pricing is flat rate and completely transparent, no surprises. You can tell Chris genuinely cares about making sure the customer understands what’s going on and is satisfied with the outcome. Chris is the best plumber I've worked with. I've used several others before, and the experience was never as good--either the work wasn't up to standard or the communication wasn't great. Chris, on the other hand, is young but extremely professional, reliable, and honest. He explains things clearly, shows up on time, and does quality work without cutting corners. It's rare to find someone so trustworthy and detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable plumber

Called at 2:00 pm with a backed-up main drain and they still came out the same day before closing. Chris was professional, persistent, and upfront about the cost before starting, which I really appreciated. It was a tough clog and he tried different snake ends until the line was completely cleared. This is a family-run business that cares about doing the job right. Very happy with the solid effort and the end result. I would definitely recommend them.
We really appreciate Echo Plumbing's professionalism and technical expertise. We are particularly impressed with Juan's talents. He is a very intelligent problem solver and an absolute perfectionist. Juan visited our home yesterday to manage a very challenging dual-sink bathroom drain issue located far downstream of the sink traps. Of course Juan's solution worked perfectly. He even installed a clean-out junction that will make future work a bit easier. We have lived in our house for 28 years and have experienced several different plumbing companies. By far Echo Plumbing is the best. Our opinion of Echo Plumbing is not based on one visit.
