Chris is great! He showed up, explained the issue and told me what he was doing and why. And he talked to me respectfully—not condescendingly. He answered all my questions thoughtfully, then got some parts and tools, told me what he was using and why. He finished the job super fast and explained it to me. He did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. Super friendly, too! I’ll definitely call on this company again!
I was hesitant at first because I usually try to do everything myself. Once I hit a wall of frustration and realized I was out of my depth, I called Economy Plumbers. Alisa was texting me Saturday night and then again Sunday evening, and I really appreciated that she was responsive without ever pushing or pressuring me. She gave me a range, answered my questions, and let me decide when I was ready. Once I agreed, Pierre showed up. Even though the job had some challenges, Pierre was professional, figured out the issue fast, and fixed the clogged pipes in my SF condo. What really stood out to me was how thorough he was. He wiped down every dirt spot that was created during the work and even caught a tiny drip after everything else was already fixed. Most people would have packed up and left at that point. When you pay for quality and actually feel like you got more than what you paid for, that’s something that feels rare these days. Huge thanks to Alisa and Pierre. Really appreciate the care and professionalism.

If you are here looking for plumbing services, honestly look no further! I needed a toilet repaired, contacted Economy Plumbing based on reviews I saw here and I was not disappointed. Tony was the technician that arrived ON time I might add, was very professional, respectful, knew exactly what needed to be done, gave me a quote, (sooo reasonable! )I approved, he went ahead with the work, did a fantastic job in probably all of 20 ish minutes!! It is reassuring to know that there are honest, trustworthy people and companies in this "not so perfect" day and age. Need a plumber?....... do it! :)
Chris and his colleague were great! Super responsive, very friendly, extremely informative. He communicated every step of the way what he was doing, how long it may take and he walked us through everything when the work was finished. Chris also made sure we had his contact information if we have questions or need anything at all. We very much enjoyed working with Chris, he was professional, fun to talk with and did good work on a very short timeline. We will absolutely engage Chris’s services again in the future.
