I had an excellent experience with Elite Plumbing Services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional plumber. From the first call, their team was responsive, communicative, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what was going on before starting any work. I really appreciated the transparency and the fact that there was no upselling, just honest, knowledgeable service. The quality of the work was top-notch. Everything was handled efficiently and with real attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, which makes a huge difference. I have used Dominic on multiple jobs at my personal residence, replacing my water heater, my garbage disposal And other various plumbing jobs around my home. He is always quick to respond, great communication, and easy on the eyes. I will continue to use him for my personal residence, as well as refer him to my clients in real estate. Highly recommend!
Dominic of Elite is our go-to plumber. He’s responsive, communicative, reliable, trustworthy, on time, fair, personable, and has exceptional ethics - he’s a great plumber and a fabulous person. For us he has repaired toilets & leaks, laid new pipe, and most recently replaced our old worn out tankless water heater with a Navien tankless that has recirculation and easy temperature control. It’s far more efficient because we get hot water in the back bathroom within seconds now plus there’s no more “cold water sandwich” happening. We are super happy with the unit and highly recommend that, like us, you use Elite for all your plumbing jobs.
