I was planning on renting a drain cleaner to clean out the roots from the tree at our parkway. Being lazy I looked on Google and found Elite Rooter with a great price for drain cleaning, about the same price as the rental would have cost me. I made a online request for service and within 10 minutes, Sara called me to confirm my information and appointment. The technician called me about an hour later to confirm his arrival time. He showed up earlier than scheduled and was friendly and professional. After talking about the drain cleaning problem, I felt confident in his abilities and he performed the work with in about 20 minutes. He pulled out a large amount of roots from the drain and the drain is now cleared of standing water. Elite Rooter really saved me time and money. Their service was more than I expected and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Thank you Augie!
We had an outstanding experience with Erick Zavala. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step of the process. Erick was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done. What really stood out was his willingness to help even after the job was completed he kindly installed a bidet for us as a favor, which was greatly appreciated. It's rare to find someone who combines excellent workmanship with such genuine customer care. We highly recommend Erick Zavala to anyone looking for a hardworking, reliable, and dedicated professional. Thank you, Erick, for the exceptional service!
Zak R. is a well trained professional and makes sure to give you the best service possible. Elite Rooter is the only group we use for all of our plumbing issues. They are timely and respectful. I highly recommend this company for any issues that may arise inside or outside of your home, pipes, clogs etc. They get it done right the first time.
Agustin & Reece arrived before the apoointed time this morning (2/24/2026); introduced themselves; and asked for details about my kitchen sink clog.. In my case, the sink was successfull unclogged but they had to snake the roof vent, the cleanout on exterior wall; and then from under the sink Cabinet! Agustin & Reece work well together and make a good team I feel I could trust them to keep my house clean and perform an honest plumbing service/ repair for anyone!
