We had such a great experience that when we needed plumbing services again later, after he had left that company, we tracked him down. Update 2025: Bart is my guy for plumbing and he's fantastic. This year it was the installation of the earthquake shut-off valve on my gas line (old one wasn't working anymore). His pricing was almost half of what other companies were quoting, and more in-line with what I thought the job should cost. I also had to replace my leaky kitchen faucet today. We went over the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing and we decided that replacing it made more sense. Bart has a great knowledge of all of the brands and their pros and cons from his professional work point of view. This includes which brands and styles he has to make a return visit for within a few short years when parts fail and which ones customers really like. He picked up the faucet, came to the house and was in and out in 30 minutes! A year or two ago, I recommended Bart to my father when one of his two-story rental houses needed a whole sewer plumbing system replaced. He said Bart was friendly, professional, conscientious, prompt and most importantly for him... very fair with pricing! Bart also replaced my older tankless water heater within the last two years. I almost forgot to mention that, which is a good thing... I guess when you find that guy you trust you just stick with him and call him for everything! 2022: I hired Bart from Everclear Plumbing last week to fix the toilet, unclog a drain, and fix a handle in a bathtub. It was clear from the start that he was a professional and took pride in doing a great job for his customers. Little things like being courteous and respectful of my home by wearing shoe coverings, to explaining repairs and potential problems along the way. It’s obvious that he has years of experience in his trade. He was very up-front about his pricing, which was much less than other larger companies out there, due to lower overhead. Being the owner-operator means that his reputation is on the line at all times… and I look for that with anyone I need to hire. Ive stumbled onto Bart and Everclear Plumbing years ago, when he cleverly re-routed my 115 foot sewer through the center of my driveway due to huge trees being in the way of a direct replacement in my front yard. Our last two projects included a full bathroom remodel , toilets, 2x shower valves , and the last project was a full house filtration system. All work was completed in a timely manner, very high quality installs, always using the best quality parts, and the work area’s have been left cleaner after the job than prior at very good price compared to other companies. I called Everclear Plumbing because my mom's water heater stopped making hot water. Bart, the owner, came over promptly at the appointed time that day. He diagnosed that the issue was a faulty ignitor. He then scrutinized the original installed date of the water heater and told me parts may still be under warranty. He went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and got the replacement part out to me in a couple of days, then came back to install it. Now the water heater is in good working order. Thanks to Bart, I saved $$ on parts and labor rate was very reasonable for the diagnosis and installation work. I would definitely use Everclear for my plumbing needs again in the future.

Been using Bart's service for years. From snaking to changing toilets to replacing the units. Last work he changed out my mom's SF house's water main line from sidewalk to inside of her garage. Jack hammered and dug up and chaned pipes inside garage. And repoured concrete for sidewalk and front of house. Pipe welds were nice and clean. I've seen sloppy welds before from previous plumbers. His is nice and smooth. Highly recommend Bart and his company (Everclear Plumbing). It was really nice to get an actual licensed plumber who knows what he is doing.
