We recently experienced a main water line leak and needed an urgent repair. We gathered a few quotes, and the first licensed plumber suggested digging up 25 feet of our property for a traditional repair, costing $$$ Thankfully, we contacted Excalibur Rooter and Plumbing Inc. Their team provided an estimate that was significantly lower because they recommended a non-invasive solution. They successfully replaced our main line with a flexible copper line, completely avoiding the destructive 25-foot trench the other company proposed. This trenchless method saved us thousands of dollars, protected our landscaping, and minimized disruption. Excalibur was professional, fast, and demonstrated superior expertise by offering this option. Highly recommend Felix and his team.
As a realtor, reliable vendors are such an important part of my business - and the Excalibur team never disappoints. I have used them on personal projects for my home and have referred them to several clients. They are responsive, reasonably priced and always make me and my clients feel like a priority. Their work is thorough and thoughtful, even dealing with necessary permits and processes as needed, with communication throughout. Keep their number saved in your phone!
I'm so thankful for Luis at Excalibur! 😀 I would highly highly recommend them To anyone! he saved me today! I had an issue with my shower that backed up. A different plumbing company came out previously, they snaked the shower drain and then all my drains backed up in the house.. so he made it worse. It was a horrifying situation!. Then he quoted me crazy high prices and suggested unnecessary work in the thousands to fix the problem. I was truly panicking!! I called my brother-in-law and he suggested I call Luis. He came out same day today, was able to clear the pipes and fixed the problem and charged very little. I'm so relieved and thankful, I definitely highly recommend Excalibur! 👍
Feliz and his team did an excellent job of repiping one of my apartments. They changed out the galvanized for copper, with minimal inconvenience to the other tenants. They set the apartment up with its own shut off valve and submeter. The guy that does their drywall also did a great job! Because he has such a big team, they were able to do the job in three days. I got his name from a friend. The price was fair, and the work was professional. Excellent English, so no miscommunications. I will call them again.
We hired Luis a couple months ago to replace all of the old galvanized pipes in our house with copper. I cannot recommend him highly enough! When we contacted him, Luis and his team came out right away to give us an estimate. He is very friendly, he is responsive to calls or texts, and he shows up when he promises. Most importantly though, the work he does is excellent and his price is more than fair for the quality of work he does. Luis and his team re-piped our entire house in one day. He also came back the next day to fix a few minor problems with our old house that he discovered while doing the main job. We are relieved to have found a reliable plumber and look forward to hiring him again in the future.
