Paul and his crew deserve more than five stars. Paul assessed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the work exactly as promised. His team was clean, respectful, and extremely detail-oriented—tarps were used, the worksite was spotless every day, and everything was left well maintained. Paul documented every stage of the work with photos before anything was covered, which showed his honesty and commitment to quality. Expert Rooter is the only plumber we call! The first time they came, they replaced the master shut off valve and Pressure Reducing Valve. Great work and fast. A few years later we needed to recess our water line for the fridge and then most recently they changed the water heater valve and all the connections for the water heater as it sprung a leak. Expert Rooter is BEST IN TOWN!!!!
