William provided fast, efficient, and outstanding service when we experienced ongoing plumbing issues in our apartment complex. I was looking to get both a whole home water filter installed in our house as well as an under-sink reverse osmosis filter. I had already purchased the equipment and needed installation. I received quotes from multiple providers and moved forward with Express after working with Ava to schedule and Edgar to assess and quote as they were able to find some cost reductions in combining the projects that the other providers over-looked. Edgar then came and installed both sets of filters over the next day and a half. Edgar was very professional, helped explain the process, communicate timing and needs, and at the end helped walk me through any future maintenance needs so I could do it myself. I would definitely recommend Ava, Edgar and the Express team.
Ramon Diaz was the assigned plumber. He was fantastic and diagnosed the problem right away. He was very helpful in recommending Bradford White water heater and went beyond to installing. His supervisor Samir came over to help. He was very friendly and professional and without pressure recommended better options. I recommend the company very highly.
