I needed a turnbuckle and fast. Not a single Ace Hardaware (or Lowes or Home Depot) had it in stock except in Fairfax. Picked it up curbside and Rupa brought it to my car. It was 1/2 and inch too big. Went looking for the next size smaller, only Fairfax had it. Picked it up first thing in the morning great service. Every employee was interested in me getting what I needed and Rupa searched it out for me and told me to return the first one for a refund. I had only been to this hardware/garden/curio store once before this weekend but all three of my experiences their were somehow better than any other hardware store. And I have been to a lot of hardware stores.
Friendly, helpful and well informed service. Good selection of tools, supplies, woods amd plants. This is one of those small town, quality hardware store that meets a wide range of needs. Better bike repair parts selection than the bike place across the main road.
I love this store!. It's got just about anything you need hardware wise, a good paint 'dept', lumber, earth and a lovely garden center. Extra bonus points for being a bit eccentric in their goods
I love our local hardware store. It's not as glitzy as some, but I always find what I need, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and my dog loves that they give him a treat.
....hard to find help considering everyone working there looks like a shopper. Would be nice if the employees wore a uniform or vest with name tag so you know who works there.
