Jamie and Eduardo have been my plumbers for over 15 years, and they have always been reliable, courteous, and communicative. From the smaller jobs, like unclogging a tub drain, to the larger jobs of installing copper piping, their work has been excellent ! I feel very lucky that they have been the company working on my house all these years!
Appreciated the thoroughness and honesty shared by Jaime. He was able to scope the shower drain air pipe leading from the roof down and show us that it was not damaged. He explained that if we clean the floor drain real good the smell should disappear. We’ll work on that and call back if we’re not successful with that step. Thank you for coming out on such short notice as well.
Jamie and his team are professionals. They do a great job and he is very responsive. We had our old water heater replaced and pipes updated. They did quick and great work. The inspection process went smoothly.
Eduardo was fantastic!! He was able to fix our leaking faucet after another plumbing company left us in a huge mess over the holiday weekend. Eduardo went out of his way to make sure he fixed our leak, and even driving to other locations to locate the parts. We can't thank him enough for the work he did for us and Eduardo at Fantastic Rooter Plumbing will be our only go-to for plumbing issues from now on. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Jaime has been working on our house since 2012. He has some small work and large projects like changing underground drain pipes and pipes in side the walls. Always meticulous and reliable. Kevin who works at the company does a fantastic job. They are very friendly, reasonable in cost and high quality work.
