The team from Fast Local Plumbers LLC did an excellent job fixing our septic tank and pipes right when we needed help the most. Connor arrived quickly and made sure the repairs were handled the same day, even staying late to finish the work. He took the time to explain each step, so I always knew what was happening and why. I really appreciated the fair price and how professional everything was. If you’re in Novato and need a reliable plumber, I definitely recommend calling them. Just a heads up—if you pay with a card, there’s a small processing fee, so bringing cash or a check can help you avoid that.
The plumbers were very professional and clearly experienced. They offered me several options for fixtures and parts, and made sure to explain any potential issues that could come up during installation. My project was a bit complex—they took care of replacing the water heater, water meter, toilet, and shut-off valves all in one go. The products they used were really good quality, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. The crew, including Jason and Connor, was polite and made sure to keep my home clean by protecting my floors while they worked. When they found some unexpected structural problems in my house, they quickly came up with a smart solution by adjusting their materials on the spot. I highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone looking for reliable repairs or installations. I’ll definitely call them again if I need more plumbing work done.
I recently had another excellent experience with Fast Local Plumbers LLC in Novato. After getting new flooring in the bathroom, I needed help with removing and reinstalling the toilet, soaking tub, free-standing faucet, and vanity sinks. Maurice came out and did a fantastic job—everything was done with great skill and professionalism, and the price was fair. This level of service is exactly why I keep coming back whenever I have plumbing needs. I've called them before for various repairs and installations, and just the other day, they installed two new faucets in my daughter's bathroom. This included swapping out some old shut-off valves and water lines, and everything was handled smoothly. The work was top-notch, and the team was always respectful and tidy. Recently, I also needed to replace a toilet and water line, as well as install a new tub/shower valve and diverter spout. Connor showed up right on schedule, walked me through the options, and gave a clear estimate. Terry came the next day and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly, prompt, and made sure the work was done right. I’m very happy with the professionalism and quality of work I received. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Novato needing plumbing services.
We hired Fast Local Plumbers LLC to install a new water softener system, under-sink reverse osmosis water filter, and a new gas water heater at our home in Novato. After getting several estimates, we chose them because Maurice took the time to explain all the options and offered the best solution for running the softener’s loop lines neatly under our front sidewalk. Other companies only suggested running the lines overhead, which would have meant extra work for us to paint and hide them. They also rebuilt our front pressure reducing valve and spigot. We were really impressed with how carefully they cleaned up after themselves every day—it was as if no one had even worked there. We’re very happy with the quality of service and highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber.
Fast Local Plumbers LLC did an amazing job for me. I needed a gas line installed, so they came out to give me an estimate and explained everything clearly. When they returned to do the work, I let Terry know about a separate pipe that was starting to corrode. Without any fuss, they had all the parts on hand and swapped out the bad pipe right then and there, with no extra charge, and the total price matched their original quote. The quality of their plumbing work really shows. Later on, I thought I might have a water leak, and Jason came over the same day to check it out. I’m really happy with their service and will definitely call them for any plumbing issues in the future.
