Santiago was so Helpful and informative and he arrived so fast & on time, he was so pleasant to be around. I was so happy that he unclogged the toilet so fast! Great prices! Also shout out to Maribel in the office for connecting me with such great service so quickly. :)
Five Star is terrific. They have handled many projects for me and the other owners in my building, from day-to-day plumbing troubleshooting to more complex jobs like installing two tankless hot water heaters, replacing a damaged sewer line under the house, adding plumbing for a new bath, and rerouting water and gas pipes. Saul the owner is friendly, responsive, and super fair, and everyone I’ve dealt with in the back office or on the ground has been professional, warm, and detail-oriented (special shout-outs to two superstars in particular - Javier and Felipe). This is a great business.
We have been planning to replace our old clay sewer line, we happened to meet Chex on a sewer line replacement job near by and saw they did a wonderful job there. The office manager Maribel took our call and kept us updated through out the project. We are very happy with the work Five Star did, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional and trusted plumber for your next plumbing project. T. W.
Santiago was our plumber who was friendly polite, quick and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us the problem in our shower drain and explained several possibilities to avoid problems in the future. I have used this company many times over the years they are very good, reliable and have reasonable prices. Great service and communication with the receptionist too!
We had an issue with a leaky fill valve on our toilet. 5 Star came out same day, on-time. Friendly associate, quickly fixed the problem. We've used 5 Star 3 times now, and I'm sure we will again in the future. Highly recommend!
