Five stars for excellent craftsmanship in the field of plumbing go to a special family owned business, Garcia Plumbing Company. This father/son operation has done outstanding work for us on several plumbing projects; showing care, expertise and quality workmanship. The best referral I have ever received was when a salesman at Okell's Fireplace store in San Francisco referred me to the Garcia Plumbing Company as being reliably good plumbers to install a gas line for a fireplace insert. After that installation with impressive quality work, I used them to install a wall mounted hot water heater in a complex setting, install a water pipe with a shut off valve for our outdoor fountain, detect the source of a leak under our kitchen sink and correctly fix it's beautiful Chicago brand faucet that a previous plumber had told me to dispose of. I never considered pipe connections as being a work of art until I saw the outstanding workmanship by Garcia Plumbing. They are a delight to work with and have been prompt in replying to my needs. Though their price may be higher then a previous plumber I used, having true craftsmen, who really know their skill complete the job, is well worth it for this Berkeley home owner.
We had a fantastic experience with Garcia Plumbing. As a family-owned business, they really stand out in how they treat their customers—with care, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability. From start to finish, their team was incredibly committed to getting the job done right. What impressed us most was their flexibility—they worked around our schedule without hesitation, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in maintaining the reputation of their family business. We’d absolutely recommend Garcia Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.
Greg is an exceptional plumber. I appreciate that he provides multiple options and estimates before doing the work. He responded to my contact us inquiry within a few hours. I highly recommend Garcia Plumbing
Greg and Sons are very knowledgeable and fast/efficient and friendly as well! Reasonable prices and treat your home as if it were theirs, meaning careful, clean and thorough. They resolved an emergency sump pump failure during a December rain storm. Installed all new fixtures in a bathroom and plumbed my gas grill and fire table for me.
Pro. Réactif. On time. Friendly. Arrived promptly on schedule, assessed the problem and explained it very clearly, and set out to solve our water/sewage issue. Cleaned up everything once they fixed the problem. Spotless. Great result and great experience Highly recommend Gregg Garcia and his team.
