I was very satisfied with Dymitri‘s help. He advised me on picking an electric water heater to suit my needs. He explained to me that because I was going with a electric water heater to replace the gas one I needed to run a 240V dedicated line for the new unit. The electrician that I hired communicated with him freely to make sure the amperage and gauges were correct. The electrical part was taken care of the day prior to the installation. Dymitri from George Salet showed up promptly at 9 AM and the job was completed a little after 1:30 PM. I am a very happy customer! He even replaced my leaky garden hose spigot he noticed to boot! I couldn’t ask for better service!
I love this company! They only work M-F so they aren’t good for an emergency, but if you can wait a couple of days they are first rate. One of their great features is the phone answering…..there is always a person who can schedule your service and is knowledgeable. The plumbers are excellent; they come prepared with parts and seem to be able to deal with uncertainty.
Daniel from George Salet plumbing came to diagnose an issue with my hot water heater. He was on time and extremely professional. He diagnosed that my water pressure was too high, and recommended a pressure relief valve. It was a bit pricey, but the quote was for the whole job, parts and labor, and they were able to schedule for the same week. The work was done cleanly and well, and I can tell the difference it made. I'm happy with the outcome. These guys deliver what they promise. Highly recommended.
I scheduled for soonest available and they were able to fit me in same day. David, our plumber, was very professional, knowledgeable, and clear about the service and costs estimates up front after his initial assessment. He was able to clear (with a snake) our kitchen sink which wouldn't drain properly and we also had him assess and treat three bathroom sinks.
Danny completed all the work I requested and did a great job. He arrived within the two hour window they gave me and completed the work in about 3 hours. I had him repair my wall heater and gas fireplace. He also installed two new thermostats. This company is pretty easy to work with too.
