I am so glad I was referred to Gerber Plumbing. My funds are low but a dear friend assisted so that I could replace my water heater. I explored every option possible. Gerber provided a free estimate very soon after I contacted him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the first-time buyer’s discount and learning of maintenance service to extend the life way beyond 5-6 years. I was also guaranteed $50 off of future services. It was helpful to receive a breakdown of expenses. Even though the cost was higher than expected his estimated total was all inclusive: drainage and removal of old heater, new connections for installation of new water heater, guaranteed warranty, etc. I had one company provide a higher estimate and said that it was just the beginning-the total would depend on everything needed. That didn’t make me feel warm or trusting. Gerber and staff explained things as they worked. They were kind, knowledgeable and tidy. Many, many thanks for being awesome, caring and providing excellent customer service. Ignore the cord around the heater placed there by PG&E for my thermostat. Everything is much more expensive these days- especially when you can’t do things yourself. But, kindness and efficiency goes a long, long way.

We hired Gerber and his team to do the plumbing for a new bathroom and a new powder room. Our experience was exceptional. The team took only a few days to complete the job (far less time than what we were quoted by other plumbers). Communication was very easy throughout the process and any concerns we had ahead of the remodel were taken into consideration and addressed to our full satisfaction. We will certainly call Gerber and his man in the future whenever we need a plumber.
