I called Golden State plumbing to repair a pipe that was broken during some yard work. It needed to be fixed right away because it was on the day I had to move out of the house. They came to my house and had it fixed in about an hour while I was at work. I was quoted 4 times the amount by another plumbing company and told unnecessary work had to be done. Golden State plumbing was honest and quick to complete the job. I would recommend if you want an honest plumber who won’t try to rip you off like some other places will. Very happy and grateful I called for a second opinion from Golden State plumbing before paying much more from another company. I don’t remember the name of the person who helped me but they were professional and courteous. Thanks so much. Highly recommended based on my experience.
Golden state has separated to Clear Water Plumbing. Clear Water is an extremely caring business. They are a great business to deal with. I had a sewer line plugged in a four plex. I called them and they were there and done in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend them.
Terrible service. We spent $300 for two quick drain fixes, one in the bathtub. When the next morning, the shower next to it went from draining totally fine to totally clogged, Golden State was unwilling to accept any cause and effect to their work and remedy the problem, claiming they were unrelated. They left the job site without communicating to us after the follow up evaluation and refused to call back when I inquired. DO NOT use them. You can find many other reputable and respectful service providers in the area. This post will remain up until they get some sense and take responsibility.
