Lenny came out to take a look at our water heater since I wasn’t sure it was done properly. My dad had installed it but it was his first time doing tankless so we wanted to make sure everything checked out. Lenny was so helpful! He ended up giving me advice about how to fix the low water pressure in our house. I was able to tackle on my own and we now have amazing water flow. We will definitely be calling him back up for any future needs around the house!
I would definitely recommend Lenny of Goodfit Plumbing. He installed a heat pump water heater to replace my gas one. He helped me find rebates, even finding an extra green model that was approved for extra rebates, and coordinated with my electrician. Lenny communicated clearly and helped with the paperwork. I’m very happy with the job!
Lenny was great! I really appreciated his honesty and transparency in the process. It's really helpful in 80/20 decision making. I also appreciated him helping with all the little things along with doing the big jobs. We moved into a new (100+ year old) house and I wanted a lot of quick things done (seismic protections) and he made himself available, even when he was late to dinner with his own family (3 days in a row). Not encouraging this, but I appreciated how serious he was about his work.
Leonard was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of replacing my tankless water heater. During the initial estimate encounter, he was detailed in pointing out issues with the install done by the previous owners, provided solutions to address each one, and was patient in helping me determine what product would be best for my home. Day of, he arrived on time and was communicative with the process and updates on the project. Even helped with initial setup and registration. I will definitely be reaching out when it comes time to flush/descale the water heater.
Lennie replaced my failing gas water heater with a GE heat pump water heater.
