Jason with Gotelli Plumbing was a consummate professional and a great guy to talk with too. His installation was very clean and precise. I am happy!
We’ve used them twice (inside and outside) and have been very satisfied with their customer service. The person answering the phone is professional and courteous. Steve and Adam make a great team. Knowledgeable, polite and respectful of our property while they were here.
We noticed a leak from our master bathtub going into our garage late last night and were able to get an emergency service this morning. Joey came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed us up. He was a wealth of knowledge when we were asking him questions about a potential upcoming bathroom model. We've used Gotelli Plumbing multiple times in the past and have always been so happy with our service. Couldn't recommend them more!
Jason Ralph is the guy you want on the job. I had leaky valves hidden inside my walls — installed incorrectly by a previous contractor — and Jason tracked down the source of the leak quickly and accurately. He also caught early signs of mold and immediately gave me solid referrals for drywall removal, which saved me the headache of researching that on my own. When he came back to do the actual repair, he not only fixed the leak but also improved another fixture. What really set him apart was the documentation. Jason thoroughly recorded the issue, the cause, and the fix, which gave me exactly what I needed to hold the original contractor accountable. That level of foresight was very helpful. If you want a plumber who's skilled, honest, thorough, and genuinely looks out for you, Jason Ralph is who you call. Highly recommend.
Gotelli has now helped me on three critical projects. On each they were able to come out on the same day I called and fix leaks temporarily and then came back and did excellent work on completing the repairs. Everyone that has come out was highly professional and personable. The jobs were done right and I’d recommend them to anyone.
