Joey did an excellent job installing our washing machine box. He was very efficient, professional, and made sure everything was installed properly and working perfectly before he left. He also kept the work area very clean, which we really appreciated. It’s hard to find someone who is both detail oriented and respectful of your home, and Joey was both. We would absolutely recommend him/Gotelli to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
Gotelli has consistently done great work for us. They are reliable, trustworthy, and understanding of unique homeowner situations. We have used them for many years and there is never any question that they will deliver high-quality work when they say they will. Plumbing projects are never fun and often entail more than a homeowner wants to hear, but the folks at Gotelli give you all the information you need in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. If you want the job done right, I highly recommend them.
We noticed a leak from our master bathtub going into our garage late last night and were able to get an emergency service this morning. Joey came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed us up. He was a wealth of knowledge when we were asking him questions about a potential upcoming bathroom model. We've used Gotelli Plumbing multiple times in the past and have always been so happy with our service. Couldn't recommend them more!
Gotelli has now helped me on three critical projects. On each they were able to come out on the same day I called and fix leaks temporarily and then came back and did excellent work on completing the repairs. Everyone that has come out was highly professional and personable. The jobs were done right and I’d recommend them to anyone.
Be wary. I can't comment on the quality of their work but Tom tried to charge me $6,500 for what he said was 10 hours of work w/ "around $100 of materials"...that would have been ~$650 an hour... but they "don't charge hourly". This was not complex work it was just replacing what I currently have. When I baulked he played with the numbers for awhile and got it down to just below $5k. The scheduler told me they "charge consistent prices" Clearly they do not. I had multiple other reputable local plumbers come out who estimated around $2,000 (who charge hourly). Completely ridiculous. I'm still irritated.
