Five stars for an outstanding stellar experience! The technician, Eric arrived on time as communicated and conducted a incredibly thorough inspection of our plumbing. What I appreciated most was how Eric explained everything clearly throughout the entire process, making sure I understood the issues and options. On top of Eric expertise, his courtesy and manners were top-notch. Highly recommend!
Eric Brown arrived on time, was very polite and he solved the plumbing problem very quickly. He installed a washer into the hose that was leaking and didn't laugh when I showed him how I had to use a hammer type object to open and close the hose before. Now all is well and he introduced what sounds like a very fair monthly program to have Gray Plumbing available for any plumbing needs, as well as yearly maintenance on my water heater. We discussed the pros and cons of water heater types. He was clear and not pushy. And very nice guy! Gray Plumbing is lucky to have him. Susan Street
